Cannabis and The Bible: Kaneh-Bosm

It’s been said that the main ingredient in the anointed oil Jesus would use was known as “Kaneh-Bosm”. Kaneh-Bosm: is a traditional Hebrew term that when broken down translates to… you guessed it Cannabis oil. Kan meaning “hemp” or “reed” and bosm meaning “aromatic”. With modern technology we’ve been able to see first hand on a scientific scale how cannabis oil works. In unison with the body for the better, it looks like we may have been the last to find out. Just like anything else, it’s up for debate on whether Kaneh-Bosm has been lost in translation or not. We encourage everyone to read the bible and ask God to show you the truth that lies within. Do your own research.

Conquering the demons in our lives is one thing smokers do best. They often rear their ugly heads taking on the form of depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and all other forms of unproductive bs. Anointing or “blessing” the sick with oil is a ritual still practiced in many churches and spiritual circles today.

Genesis 1:29, NIV:

“Then God said, ‘I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.”

Cannabis Sativa has been known to come into your life exactly when you need it, and have all sorts of miraculous affects when it comes to so many parts of your life, the same can be said for words of inspiration from the man upstairs himself. Could the two be related? You may have found yourself asking just how deep do Mary Jane’s roots go?

For millions around the globe the Bible and its texts bring the same comfort and peace of mind as smoking ganja, and no matter what your religious preference it’s an ancient spiritual book that’s a great place to start and maybe even end your journey. So let’s get into it stoners here’s what the good book has to say about the sticky icky, keeping in mind that interpretation is key so inhale that mind expanding smoke and put your thinking dabs on.

Matthew 3:32:

“Which is indeed the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.”

Weed seeds are small but definitely pack power in their growth potential. A beautiful herb that in times of old would have had no problem attracting birds of paradise.

Cannabis and the bible: Arguably the tree of life, Mary Jane breathes color into us as we inhale her, soothing our afflictions or “healing” them for whoever chooses to take part.

With so many states becoming legal Mary Jane has become without a doubt a national force in our age and possibly fulfilling prophecies we didn’t even know existed.

Mark 6:13

“And they cast out many demons, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.”

Enoch 24:3 and 9-10

“Among these there was a tree of an unceasing smell; nor of those which were in Eden was there one of all the fragrant trees which smelt like this. Its leaf, its flower, and its bark never withered, and it’s fruit was beautiful.

“And that tree of an agreeable smell, not one of carnal odor, 1 there shall be no power to touch, until the period of the great judgement. When all shall be punished and consumed forever, this shall be bestowed on the righteous and humble. The fruit of this tree shall be given to the elect……

Then shall they greatly rejoice and exult in the Holy One. The sweet odor shall enter into their bones; and they shall live a long life on the earth, as thy forefathers have lived; neither in their days shall sorrow, distress, trouble, and punishment afflict them.”

Many of the accounts of Enoch have been omitted from most bibles for reasons that are somewhat unclear. Still you can Find texts with certain books of Enoch included or buy as a singular book in itself. The passage goes into detail about this marvelous tree. Enoch must have known more about to which he’s asking the Angel Michael about it. A captivating conversation that deserves deeper look and a session if its own.

We hope this blog leads you into corridors of the mind yet unseen, and then some. StonerDays challenges you to do your own research and read the New Testament of the bible to find the answer.

God Bless us all!
